A pneumatic module that automates the operation of a hydraulic pump. It replaces manual pumping with compressed air, which reduces operator effort and shortens operating times on hydraulic jacks and presses.
Technical features
Air drive
Compressed air power removes the need for manual pumping. A working pressure of up to 8 bar matches the standards of workshop air systems. The 1/4" port is a standard BSP thread used on air tools.
Pump compatibility
The M20×1.5 thread on the oil port is a standard used on hydraulic pumps for jacks. Check the thread type on the pump before fitting — metric M20×1.5 or possibly imperial.
Compact design
An overall height of 16.5 cm with a cylinder diameter of 7.5 cm allows fitting in confined spaces. The 12 cm cylinder produces a piston stroke sufficient to drive the pump effectively.
Air hose
The 130 cm hose gives freedom of movement during use. If the distance from the compressed air source to the work area is greater, an air hose extension may be required.

Installation and use
Installation requirements
The compressor should provide a stable pressure of up to 8 bar. Fitting a filter regulator with water trap ahead of the attachment's port is recommended, as this protects the mechanism from moisture and contamination. Before first use, check that all connections are leak-free and check the oil level in the hydraulic pump.
Checking compatibility
Before purchase, verify the thread type on the hydraulic pump. The M20×1.5 thread is a metric standard — it is not compatible with imperial threads without an adapter. Also check that there is sufficient mounting space at the pump, taking the dimensions of the attachment into account.
Maintenance
Regularly check the condition of the seals in the air cylinder. Periodically lubricate the moving parts with pneumatic oil supplied through an air line lubricator. Check the threaded connections for any hydraulic oil leaks.
