A pneumatic sheet metal riveting tool with a 2-jaw mechanism, powered by compressed air. Designed for setting blind rivets from 2.4 to 4.8 mm in diameter in metal materials.
The two-jaw mechanism distributes force evenly across the rivet as the mandrel is broken off. This design reduces the risk of damaging the material and ensures consistent riveted joints during repeat production work.
The set contains 4 nosepieces to suit different rivet diameters (2.4 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.8 mm). Changing the nosepiece allows a quick switch between different rivet sizes without the need for separate tools.
Compressed air power removes the need to apply force by hand, which significantly speeds up riveting where there is a large number of joints to make. The tool must be connected to a compressor with a suitable working pressure.
The integrated container collects the waste rivet mandrels after the break-off process. This prevents the work area from becoming littered and makes later disposal of the metal waste easier.

The pneumatic rivet gun must be connected to an air compressor using an air hose fitted with a quick-release coupling. Before starting work, check the working pressure recommended by the manufacturer and make sure the compressor delivers a sufficient air output. Fitting an air filter and lubricator in the supply line is recommended, as this extends the service life of the jaw mechanism.
Before each use, check the condition of the nosepieces and the tightness of the pneumatic connections. Worn nosepieces can cause the rivet to be set incorrectly or damage the material being joined.
The jaw mechanism requires periodic lubrication with pneumatic oil, particularly during intensive use. Without lubrication, friction increases and moving parts wear out prematurely.
After use, empty the spent mandrel container and disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply. Storing it in a dry place prevents corrosion of the metal parts.
When using a pneumatic rivet gun, wear safety goggles because small fragments of metal may be thrown off. Work gloves are also recommended to protect against the sharp edges of sheet metal and rivets. In enclosed spaces, ear defenders should be worn because of the noise generated by the compressor and the mandrel break-off process.
