A pneumatic tool for joining components with blind rivets in the 2.4-4.8mm diameter range. Powered by compressed air at an operating pressure of 6.3 bar, it delivers a setting force of 1050 N and handles aluminium, steel, stainless steel and copper rivets.
Handles aluminium, steel, stainless steel and copper rivets. Four available diameters (2.4, 3.2, 4.0, 4.8 mm) let you match the tool to different material thicknesses and joint strength requirements.
This parameter defines the maximum force the riveter applies to the rivet during the setting process. At 1050 N it ensures effective rivet head forming and a durable joint in components up to several millimetres thick.
An integrated container collects the snapped rivet mandrels during use. This keeps the workplace tidy and removes the need for frequent cleaning up of scattered debris, which matters in high-volume production.
A sound pressure level of 73 dB allows the tool to be used without hearing protection in many environments. Vibration of 0.6 m/s² minimises operator strain during prolonged use.

The riveter must be connected to a compressed air supply with an operating pressure of 6.3 bar. The 1/4" inlet is standard on pneumatic systems – check compatibility with your compressor. A hose with a 3/8" bore is recommended to ensure sufficient flow with minimal pressure drop. Air consumption of 0.86 l/min means low demand for compressed air, so the tool can be run even from compact workshop compressors.
The rivet diameter should be matched to the thickness of the components being joined. As a general rule, the rivet diameter should be 2-3 times the total material thickness. For sheet 1-1.5 mm thick, use 2.4-3.2 mm rivets; for 2-3 mm, use 4.0 mm rivets; for thicker components, use 4.8 mm rivets. The rivet material is selected according to the material of the parts being joined and the anti-corrosion requirements.
