The KD5937 is an electric clipper designed for shearing sheep, goats, llamas, alpacas and other camelids. Its construction accounts for the working conditions found on livestock farms and professional breeding operations — both in terms of mechanical durability and the ergonomics of prolonged use.

Balanced weight and handle ergonomics
The 1530 g weight is distributed so as to minimise wrist fatigue during many hours of work. The ergonomic shape of the housing allows the clipper to be held steadily in any shearing position, which is particularly important when working with larger animals.
Ventilation and cooling system
The built-in cooling system dissipates the heat generated by the motor and the cutting head. This prevents the device from overheating during intensive use and extends the service life of its components. The ambient temperature range of 0–40 °C defines the conditions in which the clipper operates to specification.
Modular cutting head
The standard cutting head is designed for sheep, goat, llama and alpaca wool. Fitting a dedicated cutting head for cattle or horses significantly broadens the range of applications — a single unit can serve different species on the same farm.
Easy maintenance

Use and maintenance
Before each use, check the condition of the blades and apply a few drops of lubricating oil to the cutting surface — this prevents the cutting head from overheating and extends blade life. After work, clean the blades with the supplied brush, removing any wool residue and dirt.
Store the clipper in a dry place, away from moisture. A noise level of 85 dB may require hearing protection during prolonged use — this is comparable to the noise generated by other electrical equipment used in agriculture.
Cutting head compatibility
The KD5937 clipper is fitted with a standard wool cutting head. To extend its use to cattle or horses, the head must be replaced with a model dedicated to those species. Before buying an additional cutting head, make sure it is compatible with the KD5937 model.
