Cordless Dog Clipper G81237 GEKO
A cordless and mains-powered clipper designed for trimming the coats of dogs, cats and other pets. Fitted with a ceramic moving blade and a titanium fixed blade for precise cutting with no risk of skin irritation.
Technical features
Hybrid power supply
Rechargeable mode allows cordless operation for around 45 minutes. Once the battery runs down, the clipper can be plugged into the mains and used while charging. The 1200 mAh battery provides enough power for a full clip of a medium-sized animal.
Ceramic and titanium blades
The ceramic moving blade is highly resistant to wear and does not need frequent sharpening. The titanium fixed blade is hypoallergenic – it does not cause the skin reactions that steel blades can produce, which matters when grooming animals with sensitive skin.
Cutting length adjustment
A dial on the blade head allows smooth adjustment of the cutting length between 0.8 and 2.0 mm across five positions (0.8 / 1.1 / 1.4 / 1.7 / 2.0 mm). Four guide combs increase the cutting length by 3, 6, 9 or 12 mm, giving nine different cutting lengths in total.
Detachable blade head
The detachable blade head makes the clipper easy to clean after every use. The set includes a brush for removing hair from between the blades and a maintenance oil that extends the life of the cutting mechanism.

Use and maintenance
Charge the battery for 6 – 8 hours before first use. The clipper can be used cordlessly or plugged into the mains. Adjust the cutting length with the dial on the blade head – turn it right to increase the length, left to reduce it.
After every use, detach the blade head, brush away any remaining hair and apply a drop of oil to the blades. Regular lubrication of the cutting mechanism prevents the blades from overheating and extends their life. Do not wash the clipper under running water – dry cleaning is sufficient.
The docking station serves a dual purpose: it charges the clipper and keeps the guide combs neatly stored. The additional 800 mAh battery can be used as a spare power source for longer clipping sessions.
Charging time and operation
Fully charging the 1200 mAh battery takes 6 – 8 hours. Leaving the clipper on the docking station for more than 12 hours after charging is not recommended. Store the spare battery charged to 40 – 60%.
