YATO YT-1432 1/4" 152 mm Extension Bar

Checking Compatibility

Use and Maintenance
The 1/4" extension bar requires regular cleaning to remove dirt and oil that can accumulate in the socket and affect how well the socket seats. After finishing work, it is worth wiping the extension bar with a dry cloth and checking that the ball mechanism works properly.
During use, avoid overloading the extension bar with torque exceeding its capacity. Excessive force can deform the square drive or damage the retaining ball. If a socket becomes stuck, do not use a hammer – it is better to apply penetrating oil and gentle turning movements.
Storing it in a dry place protects against corrosion, which can appear on the steel surface. Periodically lubricating the drive and socket with a thin layer of tool oil extends the service life of the extension bar and makes it easier to fit and remove sockets.
