A type 41 cutting disc designed for angle grinders with a 22.23 mm spindle. Made from aluminium oxide abrasive bonded with synthetic resin and reinforced with fibreglass mesh. Sold only in a bulk pack of 25.
A 1.0 mm disc removes the minimum amount of material when cutting. This means less material waste, less heat build-up at the cut edge and a cleaner cut compared with 1.6–2.0 mm discs. It performs particularly well on thin-walled profiles and sheet metal, where heat control matters.
A30 corundum grain (aluminium oxide) is characterised by its hardness and wear resistance, which ensures consistent cutting performance throughout the life of the disc. The A30 designation indicates a medium grain grade — suitable for cutting structural steel, pipes and profiles.
The disc contains a layer of fibreglass fabric that increases its mechanical strength against bursting during use. This is the standard reinforcement required by EN 12413 for cutting discs operating at high rotational speeds.
This product is available only in a bulk pack of 25. A solution designed for workshops, manufacturing companies and installation crews where discs are used regularly. Buying in a bulk pack lowers the cost per disc and reduces how often you need to reorder.

The disc fits angle grinders with an M14 spindle and a 125 mm (5") disc. Before fitting, make sure the maximum rotational speed of the grinder does not exceed 12,200 RPM — this information is shown on the tool's rating plate or in its technical documentation. The 22.23 mm bore is the standard size used by most manufacturers of 125 mm class angle grinders.
A type 41 (flat) disc is intended for cutting only — it is not suitable for grinding with the side face. Before each use, check the disc for cracks, chips or other mechanical damage. A damaged disc must be taken out of service.
When working, using the disc guard fitted to the grinder, safety goggles and gloves is recommended. The disc is not intended for cutting non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper) or concrete — dedicated discs should be used for those applications.
Discs should be stored in a dry place, away from direct exposure to moisture and chemicals, in their original bulk packaging or on a flat surface that prevents warping.
