Galvanised mixing paddle designed for mixing heavy and dense building materials. Fitted with an SDS-Plus shank, compatible with hammer drills and demolition hammers.
A quick-change system used in hammer drills and demolition hammers. It provides a secure fit without the need for a spanner. Compatible with tools from Bosch, Makita, DeWalt, Milwaukee and other manufacturers using the SDS-Plus standard.
The working diameter of the paddle determines mixing performance and power. The 100 mm diameter is well suited to mixing medium- and high-density materials in containers from 10 to 30 litres. Ideal for masonry mortars, tile adhesives and thick paints.
The paddle's overall length allows work in deep containers and builders' buckets. The long shaft provides adequate torque and stability when mixing dense materials, minimising the risk of bending.
The zinc layer protects the metal against corrosion and oxidation on contact with water-based building materials. It increases the tool's durability and makes cleaning easier once work is finished.

| Paddle diameter | 100 mm |
| Overall length | 600 mm |

| Intended use | Heavy and dense building materials |
The paddle requires a hammer drill or demolition hammer with an SDS-Plus chuck. Recommended tool power: minimum 850 W to ensure adequate torque when mixing dense materials. The hammer action must be switched off during use. Recommended speed: 400-600 rpm for dense materials, 600-800 rpm for paints and resins.
Before starting work, make sure the paddle is correctly fitted in the SDS-Plus chuck – an audible click should confirm that it is locked in place. While mixing, keep the tool vertical or at a slight angle, avoiding sudden sideways movements.
After finishing work, clean the paddle of any material residue before it sets. Remove cement-based materials with a wire brush under running water. Wash off resins and oil-based paints with suitable solvents. Once clean, wipe the paddle dry to prevent corrosion where the zinc coating is damaged.
Store in a dry place, either horizontally or suspended. Avoid storage in direct contact with moisture and aggressive chemicals. Check the condition of the protective coating regularly and, if necessary, treat exposed areas with an anti-corrosion agent.
