Pneumatic air bag jack for lifting vehicles and heavy objects in workshop and industrial conditions. The design, based on a reinforced rubber air bag with a stabilising telescopic column, ensures safe lifting of loads up to 3500 kg.
Reinforced rubber combined with an internal telescopic column provides stability during lifting. The 270 mm air bag diameter distributes the lifting force evenly, which minimises the risk of damaging the object being lifted. A 100 mm rubber pad prevents the load from shifting.
The inlet valve controls the filling of the air bag with compressed air, while the release valve allows the load to be lowered gradually. The deflation valve allows the air to be released completely and the jack to be collapsed to its minimum height of 150 mm. The safety valve activates at 10 bar, protecting against excessive pressure.
Two wheels and an adjustable transport handle allow the jack to be moved between workstations without the need to lift it. A useful solution in workshops where the unit is used in different locations.
A lifting stroke from 150 to 500 mm (a difference of 35 cm) allows work on vehicles with different ground clearance as well as on objects that need to be raised to a specific height. The minimum height of 150 mm makes it possible to position the jack under most passenger cars.

The jack must be connected to an air compressor supplying a working pressure of 7-10 bar. Before starting work, check the condition of the air hose and connections. The safety valve automatically limits the pressure to 10 bar, protecting the air bag from damage.
Before lifting, make sure that the ground is firm and level. The jack must be positioned at right angles to the object being lifted. Do not exceed the maximum lifting capacity of 3500 kg. Once the load has been lifted, it should be secured with additional supports. Do not leave a vehicle supported solely by the pneumatic jack for extended periods.
Regularly check the condition of the rubber air bag for cracks and damage. Check the valves and pneumatic connections for leaks. After work, release the air using the deflation valve and store the jack in a dry place. Clean the rubber surface of oil and chemical contaminants that may damage the rubber.
