An expanding foam gun with a PTFE coating, designed for the precise application of polyurethane foam. Aluminium and brass construction with an advanced flow control system.
Aluminium keeps the tool light, reducing fatigue during long installation jobs. The brass components in the valve mechanism provide corrosion resistance and precise foam dosing without leaks.
The PTFE layer on the working parts minimises the adhesion of polyurethane foam to the gun's surfaces. This makes it easier to remove residue and shortens the time needed to clean the tool once the job is finished.
The PTFE-coated closing mechanism guarantees a tight seal over repeated use. This material has a low friction coefficient, which means smooth trigger operation and lasting reliability with no seizing.
The adjustment screw at the rear of the gun lets you change the foam flow rate without putting the tool down. Adjustment is made with the thumb of the hand holding the gun, which speeds up work across different applications.

The gun works with standard threaded expanding foam canisters. Before fitting, check that the canister has a thread that matches the gun (European standard). Canisters without a thread, fitted with a straw applicator, are not compatible with this tool.
Before first use, shake the foam canister for around 30 seconds. The canister is fitted to the gun in an inverted position (base upwards). Once the canister is screwed on, it is advisable to dispense a test bead onto a piece of scrap to purge air from the system.
The adjustment screw at the rear of the gun controls the valve opening. Turning it clockwise reduces the foam flow (precision work); turning it anticlockwise increases the flow rate (rapid filling of large voids). It is advisable to test the setting on a piece of scrap before the final application.
Once the job is finished and the canister is still fitted, the gun does not require cleaning – the foam inside the system does not cure when it is not exposed to air. After removing an empty canister, clean the gun immediately with a dedicated PU foam cleaner or acetone. Cured foam has to be removed mechanically.
The gun can be stored with the canister fitted for several weeks. It should be kept upright (nozzle upwards) at room temperature. During long breaks between jobs, it is worth dispensing a short burst every 2-3 weeks to check that the nozzle is clear.
