Features of the YATO air hose
Reinforced PVC construction
The polyester-fibre reinforced material increases resistance to working pressure and prevents the hose from bursting under load. The reinforcement stabilises the internal diameter, ensuring a constant air flow with no drop in performance.
8 mm internal diameter
A universal diameter compatible with most pneumatic tools with low to medium air consumption, such as paint spray guns, blow guns, impact wrenches and grinders. It strikes a balance between flow and hose flexibility.
Quick-release couplings included
The quick-release fittings allow the hose to be connected and disconnected instantly without tools. The self-closing mechanism prevents pressure loss on disconnection, which improves both safety and convenience.

Compressor compatibility
The hose works with compressors of various outputs. Before purchasing, check that the quick-release couplings are compatible with the fittings on your existing equipment — standard pneumatic couplings have an outside diameter of 1/4 inch. If they are not compatible, adaptors will be required.
Use and maintenance
Before first use, check that the quick-release couplings are leak-tight by connecting the hose to the compressor and watching for any air leaks. The hose should be stored in a place protected from direct sunlight and extremely low temperatures, which can affect the flexibility of the material.
After finishing work, the hose should be depressurised and disconnected from the compressor, which extends the life of the seals in the quick-release couplings. The condition of the outer PVC covering should be checked regularly — cracks, scuffing or swelling may indicate damage to the internal structure and the need to replace the hose.
If the hose becomes dirty, it can be washed with water and a mild detergent, avoiding aggressive solvents that can damage the PVC. After washing, dry the hose thoroughly before using it again.
