A professional tool kit for replacing suspension arm bushes without dismantling the assembly. The screw press, supplied with 16 working sleeves from 23 to 69 mm in diameter, covers a wide range of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
The 28 mm diameter screw provides sufficient force to press bushes out and in. Operation with a standard 22 mm open-ended spanner removes the need for specialist tools.
The kit includes sleeves with internal diameters from 23.0 to 69.0 mm, allowing work on most suspension arms in passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and compact SUVs without the need to buy additional components.
Two stabilising discs distribute force evenly when pressing in new bushes, preventing damage and ensuring correct alignment within the suspension arm housing.
The supplied pin, 16 mm in diameter and 65 mm long, is used for centring and guiding during bush replacement. Its dimensions match the standards used in most suspension designs.

Before starting work, thoroughly clean the suspension arm housing of rust, dirt and remnants of the old bush. Corrosion and contamination can prevent the new bush from seating correctly and lead to premature wear. The use of a wire brush and a rust remover is recommended.
When selecting the correct sleeve, measure the internal diameter of the suspension arm housing and the external diameter of the new rubber-metal bush. The working sleeve should be slightly larger than the housing diameter to ensure a stable fit during pressing in.
After finishing work, clean the tools of dirt and protect them with a light coat of maintenance oil. Storage in the supplied carry case protects the components against mechanical damage and corrosion.
Before purchase, verify the bush dimensions for the specific vehicle model. The internal diameter of the suspension arm housing must fall within the 23-69 mm range. Additional adapters may be required for unusual suspension designs.
