A precision Phillips screwdriver with a PH0 tip and a 100 mm shank. Made from chrome vanadium steel with a dual-component handle, it is designed for work that demands precision and torque control.
PH0 is the smallest standard Phillips cross-head tip, used for screws with a diameter of 1.4-2.0 mm. The magnetised, sand-blasted tip holds small screws securely during work, eliminating the risk of losing them. The satin finish improves grip on the screw.
The chrome vanadium alloy offers greater hardness and resistance to twisting than ordinary tool steel. The material retains its mechanical properties even under intensive use, which prevents deformation of the tip and extends the service life of the tool.
A construction that combines a hard core with a soft, non-slip material on the grip surface. This arrangement provides a stable grip together with comfort during prolonged work. The ergonomic shape reduces hand fatigue during repetitive tasks.
The 100 mm shank provides access to screws in deeper recesses and hard-to-reach places. This length is optimal for precision work, where control over tightening force is required without excessive leverage.

The PH0 tip fits screws marked with the Phillips symbol whose heads are 1.4-2.0 mm in diameter. When choosing a screwdriver, make sure the tip fills the entire depth of the cross recess in the screw – a tip that is too small will damage the inside of the screw, while one that is too large will not seat correctly in the slots.
Before starting work, check the tip for signs of wear – rounded edges reduce grip and can damage the screw. When tightening, the screwdriver should be held perpendicular to the screw surface, which spreads the force evenly across all the arms of the cross.
After finishing work, it is worth cleaning the tip of any contamination and protecting it from moisture. The magnetised tip may attract fine metal filings – regular cleaning prevents them from building up. The tool can be stored hanging by the hole in the handle or in a dedicated screwdriver holder.
Although both tip types look similar, the arms of Phillips (PH) are set at 55°, whereas those of Pozidriv (PZ) are set at 50° and have small additional notches between the arms. Using the wrong tip leads to damage to both the screw and the tool itself.
