GEKO G71105 warehouse platform trolley – 300 kg
A four-wheeled platform trolley designed to move loads of up to 300 kg in warehouses, production halls and retail premises. The folding handle design allows the trolley to be stored compactly.
Key features
2+2 wheel configuration
Two swivel castors at the front and two fixed wheels at the rear. This setup makes the trolley easy to manoeuvre while keeping it stable in a straight line, which matters when moving heavier loads.
Folding handle
The folding mechanism reduces the trolley height from 870 mm to around 180 mm. This makes it easier to store in a confined warehouse space and to carry the trolley in a vehicle boot.
Anti-slip surface
The platform is covered with a high-friction material that stops the load from shifting during transport. A useful feature when moving cartons, parcels or items with a smooth base.
Edge protection
Plastic edge bumpers protect the platform from impact damage when it comes into contact with walls, shelving or other warehouse fittings.

Use and maintenance
Unfolding and folding
Before starting work, make sure the handle is fully unfolded and locked in the working position. Once you have finished using the trolley, it can be folded by releasing the locking mechanism and lowering the handle towards the platform.
Load distribution
Distribute the load evenly across the platform and avoid concentrating weight at a single point. Keep the centre of gravity as low and as central on the platform as possible, which prevents the trolley from tipping over while manoeuvring.
Technical checks
Check the wheels regularly – worn or damaged wheels make manoeuvring difficult and can lead to a loss of stability. Also check the handle folding mechanism and the condition of the platform's anti-slip surface.
