Wheelbarrow Wheel 3.50-8 Solid PU Flower GEKO G71028
Tubeless wheel in size 3.50-8 with a solid polyurethane filling. The design makes it puncture-resistant and removes the need for inflation. Powder-coated steel rim, double ball bearings and a complete axle included.
Technical features
Polyurethane (PU) filling
The one-piece construction eliminates the risk of punctures and pressure loss. PU is resistant to abrasion, loads, oils and solvents, and stays flexible across a wide temperature range.
Double ball bearings
Two ball bearings set in the hub ensure smooth rotation under load and even distribution of forces. This design extends the service life of the wheel and reduces rolling resistance when transporting heavy loads.
Powder-coated steel rim
The rim is made of steel and protected with a powder coating that resists corrosion and mechanical damage. The rigid construction prevents deformation under load and keeps the tyre firmly seated.
Complete fitting kit
The set includes a mounting axle matched to the 12 mm bore. It allows direct fitting with no need to buy additional parts.

Checking compatibility
Before buying, check the size of your current wheel (the 3.50-8 marking is on the sidewall), the hub width and the axle bore diameter. The 3.50-8 size means a nominal tyre width of 3.5 inches and a rim diameter of 8 inches. Make sure the frame of your wheelbarrow or trolley can accommodate a wheel with an outer diameter of 370 mm and a width of 80 mm.
Use and maintenance
A solid PU wheel needs no inflation or pressure checks. Check the condition of the bearings periodically – if you notice resistance when turning or any play, the bearings may need replacing or re-greasing. Secure the mounting axle against movement with split pins or self-locking nuts.
Avoid overloading the wheel beyond the limits specified by the manufacturer of the wheelbarrow or trolley. Check the condition of the rim and tyre regularly – especially after working under heavy loads or on uneven ground. Cleaning mud and stones off the wheel extends bearing life and prevents uneven wear.
