50/50 mixed bristles
Combining natural bristle with synthetic filament brings together the flexibility of natural bristle and the resilience of synthetic material. Natural bristle picks up and releases paint more effectively, while the synthetic filament increases durability and holds its shape when working with water-based paints. This composition performs well with most commonly used paints.
Beech wood handle

Paint compatibility
The mixed bristle composition allows use with most paints used in construction. Use and maintenance

When working with water-based paints, it is advisable to dampen the bristles slightly with water and remove any excess moisture. This helps the paint to spread evenly and prevents it from drying too quickly in the bristles.
Once you have finished painting, the brush needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Water-based paint is removed with soapy water, whereas oil-based paints require the use of a suitable thinner. Continue cleaning until the liquid running off the bristles is clear. After washing, the brush should dry hanging bristles-down or lying flat.
Brush storage
Store the dry brush in a dry place, lying flat or hung by the handle. Avoiding contact between the bristles and other objects prevents permanent deformation. Storing the brush upright with the bristles down for long periods may lead to the bristles becoming deformed.
