Aluminium oxide sanding discs for orbital and random orbital sanders. The set contains 50 discs with a diameter of 150 mm, hook and loop attachment and six dust extraction holes.
Features of YATO YT-834582 Sanding Discs
P60 grit for material removal
The P60 grade denotes a medium-coarse grit designed for intensive sanding and removal of thicker layers of material. It is used in the first stage of sanding, before moving on to finer grades.
Aluminium oxide as the abrasive material
Aluminium oxide abrasive is characterised by its resistance to wear and its self-sharpening ability during use. It performs well when sanding steel, wood, paint and lacquer.
6-hole dust extraction system
The arrangement of six holes ensures compatibility with YATO YT-09739 and YT-09740 sanders. The holes allow dust to be extracted during work, which extends disc life and improves visibility of the working surface.
Hook and loop attachment
The paper backing is fitted with a hook and loop layer, allowing quick disc changes without tools. The attachment system provides a secure hold during work at high speeds.
Semi-open coating

Choosing the right grit for the job
When to use the P60 grade
P60 grit discs are designed for work requiring intensive material removal. They are used as the first stage of sanding, before moving on to finer grades (P80, P120, P150). After sanding with P60 discs, the surface requires further work to achieve a smooth finish. This grade is not recommended as the final stage for surfaces intended for lacquering.

Checking compatibility
