A complete plumbing washer assortment containing three types of sealing material. It includes 141 pieces in 18 sizes — rubber, fibre and klingerit washers suited to threaded connections from 3/8" to 1½".
Set features
Rubber washers (68 pcs)
Intended for connections in cold and hot water installations. Flexible and resistant to deformation, they provide a reliable seal under fluctuating pressure. A thickness of 2–4 mm suits various types of fittings.
Fibre washers (45 pcs)
Reinforced cellulose material for metal-to-metal connections. Good resistance to temperatures up to 100°C. A thickness of 1.5–2 mm compensates for surface irregularities.
Klingerit washers (26 pcs)
Asbestos-rubber material (klingerit) with increased strength. Used in heating systems and domestic hot water installations. Thermal resistance up to 200°C, thickness 1–2 mm.
Imperial sizes
The sizes given in inches (3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1¼", 1½") correspond to the standard thread diameters used in plumbing installations in accordance with ISO 228 and ISO 7.

Choosing the right washer
Rubber washers
Use in cold and hot water installations (up to 90°C), in connections with taps, filters and valves. Do not use in gas installations or in contact with solvents.
Fibre washers
Intended for metal connections (brass, steel) where surface irregularities need to be compensated for. Suitable for water and heating installations up to 100°C.
Klingerit washers
Use in higher-temperature installations (up to 200°C) — boilers, heat exchangers, steam systems. A material resistant to prolonged thermal load.
Fitting
Before fitting, clean the sealing surfaces of residual old washer material, scale and dirt. Place the washer on a clean, dry surface; do not use additional pastes
