Aluminium rivet nuts M6 are threaded fasteners designed for the permanent installation of threaded connections in thin materials that cannot be tapped with a conventional thread. The set contains 20 rivet nuts with a knurled cylindrical flange, which provide secure fixing in sheet metal, aluminium and plastics.

M6 metric thread
The 6 mm thread diameter allows standard M6 screws to be used. The internal thread allows a screw to be inserted and removed repeatedly without damaging the joint, unlike solid rivets.
Knurled cylindrical flange
The knurling on the flange surface prevents the rivet nut from rotating in the material as the screw is tightened. The cylindrical flange increases the contact area with the material, distributing stress and minimising the risk of pull-out.
Aluminium construction
