A 13 mm T-handle socket wrench made from chrome vanadium CRV 6140 steel. A tool designed for professional workshop and mechanical use, fitted with AS-DRIVE technology that reduces damage to fasteners.
The CRV 6140 material has an increased chromium and vanadium content, which delivers surface hardness while retaining core resilience. It improves resistance to twisting and abrasive wear during intensive use.
The AS-DRIVE system transfers force to the flats of the fastener rather than to its corners. This approach increases torque by around 25% and minimises the risk of rounding the edges of nuts or bolts.
The black oxide layer produced during oxidation increases resistance to atmospheric corrosion and provides protection against moisture. The matt finish reduces glare when working in a brightly lit workshop.
The T-handle design allows a two-handed grip and even distribution of force when tightening. The 310 mm arm length provides sufficient leverage while maintaining control over torque.

A 13 mm size corresponds to the width across the parallel flats of a nut or bolt head. A 13 mm wrench is standard for M8 metric bolts. Before starting work, make sure the socket fits the fastener exactly – play or excessive force can cause damage.
Before starting work, check the condition of the socket – there should be no cracks, chipping or signs of excessive wear. When tightening, avoid jerking and apply smooth, even pressure. The T-handle wrench is not designed for use with extensions or pipes that increase leverage.
After use, clean the tool of any contamination, dry it and store it in a dry place. The socket can be periodically protected with a thin layer of maintenance oil, particularly if it is stored in high-humidity conditions.
When using the socket wrench, wear protective gloves and safety glasses. Before starting work, make sure the fastener is not excessively corroded or damaged. Take particular care when working with components under mechanical tension.
