Hardened 40Cr steel tips
Heat-treated 40Cr chrome steel gives the tips surface hardness while keeping the core flexible. Chrome plating increases resistance to corrosion and wear, extending tool life in workshop conditions. Hardening prevents deformation when prying and separating components under load.
Four working angles
The hooks in the set have tips bent at 45°, 90°, 135° and 180°, allowing access to components in various mounting configurations. The 90° angle works well for prying from above, 45° for work in tight spaces, and 180° for pulling components towards the operator. The range of angles removes the need to buy additional tools.
Two-component PP+TPR handles
The handle body is made from polypropylene (PP), which gives the tool rigidity, while thermoplastic elastomer (TPR) inserts increase friction and grip comfort. Combining these materials reduces hand fatigue during long jobs and prevents the tool slipping from your hand, even when it comes into contact with oil or grease.
Two tool lengths in the set
The shorter 162 mm hooks allow precise work in confined spaces, for example when removing seals from narrow engine chambers. The longer 240 mm tools provide greater leverage and reach, useful for extracting components from deep mounting holes or prying larger assemblies.

Do not use the hooks as levers under excessive load beyond the strength of 40Cr steel. Check the condition of the tips before each use – chipped or bent ends can slip off the material.
Tool maintenance
After finishing work, clean material residue and dirt off the tips. If the tools come into contact with corrosive chemicals, rinse them with water and dry them. Store in a dry place. The chrome-plated tip surfaces do not require additional lubrication, but in intensive working conditions they can be protected with a thin layer of oil. Clean the handles with a damp cloth and avoid solvents that may damage the TPR.
