An impact socket designed for use with pneumatic and electric impact wrenches. Manufactured from chrome molybdenum CrMo steel, engineered to withstand high torque loads and impact forces in workshop conditions.

The socket works with pneumatic impact wrenches, cordless and mains-powered impact wrenches with a 1/2" drive. Before use, check that the tool's torque output does not exceed the socket's load capacity – manufacturers usually state the maximum torque in the tool's technical specification.
Before first use, it is worth cleaning the factory protective coating off the socket and lightly lubricating the 1/2" drive. During work, make sure the socket is fully seated on the bolt head – incomplete seating can damage the internal corners and round off the bolt.
After use, clean impact sockets of dust, dirt and residual grease. Storing them in a dry place prevents corrosion. Regularly inspecting the condition of the internal walls helps detect wear before functionality is lost – worn sockets can slip on bolts and damage their heads.
Impact sockets differ from standard sockets in their thicker walls, darker finish (no chrome plating, which could crack under impact) and special steel composition. Standard sockets must not be used with impact tools – they can crack under dynamic loads, putting the user at risk.
